Thank you.

Dear RenterUp landlords and customers,

First, thank you for being a loyal customer over the last five years. We’ve enjoyed getting to know many of you and help you grow your rental business. We’re grateful that you’ve stuck with us as we’ve built RenterUp.

Sadly, over the past couple of years, we’ve struggled to grow and scale our business. Without this growth, our efforts to deliver new and innovative features have waned. While we’ve intended to build RenterUp as a customer-focused, durable business, we’re not able to achieve that without growth which allows us to invest in you and our product.

It’s time for us to shut the doors on RenterUp and close this chapter. We will process rent for existing landlords and tenants through January 31st, 2020, but will not accept any new landlords or tenants in the meantime. Our plan is to then leave the RenterUp app online for a period of 90 days beyond that so you are able to review communication and payments for tax time.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. Again, thank you for being a part of the RenterUp family.

Many thanks,

The RenterUp Team

Our Story

As a longtime landlord, David Favero became frustrated with seemingly simple tasks, like rent payment collection and tenant management. In late 2014, he teamed up with John Riley to get serious about simplifying rental management with RenterUp.

RenterUp is designed with around our mantra, “simplify rental management”. Everything we do is to make your life as a landlord easy.

Our offices are located in Atlanta Tech Village, the premier technology incubator in the Southeast with over 103,000 square feet of startup innovation in the heart of Buckhead. We’re here to make your life easier.
